Our privacy notice. The short version: we don't sell anything on this site, so we don't need much about you, and we keep less than that.

1. Who we are
This website is run by the Mobi Lock team, 1840 Commerce Park Drive, Suite 120, Naperville, IL 60563, United States. Questions about this notice go to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Very little. There are no accounts, forms, newsletter sign-ups or checkout on this site. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it only to keep the site secure and working.
3. Cookies and the Shop buttons
Our own pages set no advertising or analytics cookies. When you press a Shop button you leave this site for our product listing on the marketplace. The marketplace may use its own cookies to recognise that you arrived from us through its affiliate programme. That processing is governed by the marketplace's own privacy notice, not this one.
4. When you email us
We use your address and message to reply and, if needed, to follow up on the same question. We don't add you to any mailing list and we don't share your message outside our team.
5. Services we rely on
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Google Fonts serves our typefaces, which means your browser requests font files from Google. We don't use social media plugins or embedded trackers.
6. How long we keep things
Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host and then deleted. Email threads are deleted once they're no longer needed to help you, and in any case within two years.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, other US states, the UK and the EU, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising. To make a request, write to [email protected]; we'll respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
