Parts & parcels
Missing needle, bent lever, cracked case? Send the product name and a photo. Delivery dates, tracking and refunds are handled where you paid, but we still want to know when a parcel lets you down.
Trade & ideas
Caterers, bars, pharmacies and clubs: give us a rough quantity and we'll point you to the right packs. And if there's a small annoyance at home nobody has fixed yet, we'd genuinely like to hear it.
