Easy to reach
Small things are easy to lose. The information about them shouldn't be. Here is how we build the site so everyone can use it.
The standard we aim for
We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We check new pages with a keyboard, with a screen reader and at high zoom before they go live.
Keyboard
Menus, size and flag chips, photo galleries and every question panel can be reached and used with Tab, Enter and Space, with a visible orange focus ring.
Screen readers
Pages use proper headings and landmarks, product photos carry text descriptions, and chip buttons announce which option is selected.
Contrast
Body text and buttons meet AA contrast, including white text on our black sections and the orange Shop buttons.
Zoom & phones
Layouts reflow down to a narrow phone without sideways scrolling and hold up at 200% browser zoom.
Motion
The rotating message bar stops rotating when your system asks for reduced motion, and there are no autoplaying videos.
Plain language
We write short sentences and explain terms like Presta or nasal dilator the first time they appear.
Known gaps
Some product photos include printed text, such as size charts and instructions, that a screen reader can't read from the image. The key numbers are repeated in the product text and in our size guide; if you find one that isn't, tell us and we'll add it.
Tell us about a problem
Email [email protected] with the page address and what went wrong, plus your browser or assistive technology if you know it. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix confirmed issues in our next update. If you need information from a page in another format, just ask.
