If it doesn't fit
Most problems with our things are one size off. Here's how to fix that first, and how to send something back when it can't be fixed.
Returning something in three steps
- Open your orderGo to the order history of the account you bought with and choose to return the item.
- Pick a reasonThe return window and the options, like drop-off or pickup, are shown there for your order.
- Get your refundOnce the return is received, the refund goes back the way you paid.
What usually can't come back
- Nose vents, nasal dilators and nose clips that have been opened and worn, for hygiene reasons.
- Earplugs that have been molded and used.
- Nasal strips once the individual wrappers are opened.
If one of these didn't work for you, write to [email protected] anyway. We'd rather help you find what does than lose you over a nine-dollar pack.
Damaged or incomplete
Report damage from the order page for a fast replacement, and send us a photo too. For a part missing from a kit, like a lever, a needle or a case, email us the product name and a picture of what arrived and we'll put it right.
Broke with normal use
Several of our products come with a warranty, stated on their listing. Tell us what happened and when you bought it, and we'll tell you what we can do.
