What it does
Bamboo is harder than the birch most cheap picks are made of, so these stay thin and still don't bend. Two points means twice the use in the kitchen drawer: one end for the olive, the other for the meatball.
They arrive vacuum-sealed in bags of five hundred. The 3,000 box is the one caterers and big families reorder.
